Shipping / Return Info
FedEx / UPS Deliveries - In the first 2 days after delivery, you will need to inspect your product(s) to make sure nothing is physically wrong with it. If there is any damage to it in the shipping process, you need to call us at 1-888-477-9994 to inform us of the damage. FedEx will then come back out and document the damage, and send the product(s) back to us, no cost to you, and we will ship a new one. PLEASE, DO NOT SEND PRODUCTS BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE WITHOUT SPEAKING TO US!
Truck Deliveries - When you purchase a table that comes by truck, please inspect the table for shipping damage WHILE the delivery people are still there. If table is damaged, you can REFUSE THE DELIVERY! Please let us know that you have refused delivery so we can send a new one ASAP. If you accept the delivery and there is concealed damage please contact Cardroom Supply ASAP. We will to correct the problem ASAP. We try to use the best freight shipping companies in the business to avoid these types of situations.
BUY WITH CONFIDENCE! - All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and the shipping charges back to Cardroom Supply, Inc. We can arrange shipping back, but all return shipping charges we incur will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Any product(s) canceled after it has been shipped will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping charges will be taken out of the credit given back to the customer. Returned product must be shipped in original packing.
